CAS Colours & Sketches #145

This week at CAS Colours & Sketches it's a sketch challenge and a very simple but interesting one designed by DT Stef.

I decided to create a little scene on one of the tags using the gorgeous new to my stash Clearly Besotted woodland stamps - they're just so cute!

I always love how it's possible to cram so much onto a small piece of card and still achieve a CAS look with the whole card.

I created the circles from the sketch by drawing round the inside of a tape roll several times with a fine point pen.

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Besotted, Woodland Kisses, Diagonal Stripes
Inks: Distress Ink, stormy sky; Memento, bamboo leaves, tuxedo black
Pro markrs: poppy, sandstone, pear green, tulip yellow, mustard, cool grey1
Die: Big Shot labels

If you haven't already checked out the rest of the DT creations go be amazed - here. And then don't waste any time get crafting and entering!

Thanks for dropping by today, your visit is greatly appreciated. And keep crafting!

  4. Love the sweet little scene you've created on the tag! Drawing the circles seems like an easier tactic than coiling twine like I did. I'm sitting here thinking "why didn't I think of that?" now! Oh well, live and learn... :)
